Claims and liability for damage directly or

indirectly caused by the following reasons

are excluded:

· interventions, changes, and repair

attempts

· insufficient ventilation

· force majeure (e. g. lightning strike,

water damage, vandalism, fire,

overvoltage, storm, etc.)

· inappropriate transportation

· non-compliance with applicable regula-

tions, or wrong installation/commissio-

ning

· leakage of overvoltage of the varistors

on the DC side at the PV generator

Any further-reaching or other claims for

direct or indirect damage, especially claims

for compensation including ones for positi-

ve breach of contract are excluded, unless

they are compellingly prescribed by law.
